Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of high volume AP experience. Proven experience in processing a diverse range of AP invoices. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex AP issues. Competitive salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities :
- Process a high volume of AP invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and approved in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update vendor files and records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed.
