Beachfront Property Management, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent with a passion for property management. Job Summary : An Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent supports daily property operations by handling leasing, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and basic financial tasks. This role involves working closely with current and prospective residents to ensure the property is well-maintained, fully occupied, and running smoothly.
- Reports to : Property Manager or Regional Property Supervisor
- Location : 15400 Belgrade St, Westminster, CA 92683
- Position Type : Part-time (30-32 hours per week)
- Pay rate : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
- Schedule : Available to work Weekends
