Leasing Coordinator
Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL
Employment Type : Full-Time
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range of $75,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Coordinator to support leasing, marketing, and operational initiatives for our expanding commercial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in commercial real estate who enjoys balancing administrative leasing work with creative marketing projects and occasional property showings.
The Leasing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting lease approvals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and assisting brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure properties are positioned effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Administrative Support
Gather, organize, and prepare information required for lease approvals and deal documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and tenants to support leasing transactions
Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and property data
Marketing & Promotions
Create and update property marketing materials, including flyers and digital collateral
Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to brokers and industry contacts
Assist with marketing projects and initiatives to promote available properties
Track and report on marketing budgets and expenses
Property Showings
Conduct commercial property showings as needed for vacant spaces
Ensure properties are presented professionally and aligned with marketing efforts
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of experience working within a commercial real estate firm in a leasing and / or marketing coordinator capacity
Strong understanding of commercial leasing processes and documentation
Experience creating marketing materials and coordinating email campaigns
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
