Job descriptionAt least 7 years of experience in working with ESRI platform - ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x & 10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server, SDE on Oracle. At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET. At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services & web services. At least 3 years of experience with client engagement and expectation management. At least 2 years of experience in leading requirements gathering, estimation, high-level / detailed design, development, testing. At least 2 years of experience with application and database design, RDBMS concepts. At least 2 years of experience in leading small teams for application module design and development. At least 2 years of expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting issues at any part of the data flow – from upstream systems to user’s reports. At least 2 years of experience in performance tuning of SDE. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred experience in working with the offshore team in a Global Delivery Model. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
