Are you ready to architect the next generation of digital experiences? Big Ass Fans is seeking a visionary Senior Website Developer to spearhead the headless replatforming of our flagship websites and commerce platforms. This is a rare opportunity to take the technical reins of a high-impact, enterprise-scale transformation—where your leadership, creativity, and engineering excellence will shape how customers engage with our brand across the globe.You’ll work with internal and external development teams, drive integration across best-in-class platforms like BigCommerce, Contentstack, Salesforce, and Epicor Kinetic, and set the standard for performance, accessibility, and innovation. What You'll Do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of the headless replatforming of and our commerce site.
• Oversee all internal web development activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage 3rd party development partners, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
• Architect and implement robust APIs and integrations between BigCommerce, Contentstack / Contentful, Salesforce, Epicor Kinetic, and other platforms.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and best practices for security, performance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and external partners to define requirements, resolve issues, and deliver a world-class digital experience.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Identify and implement process or technology improvements to enhance team productivity and site capabilities.
