Key Responsibilities :

• Programming & Process Development : Program CNC machines and develop machining processes tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.
• Pre-Sale Support : Conduct pre-sale activities, including customer visits, machine assessments, and part processing recommendations to ensure optimal solutions.
• Customer Training & Setup : Train customers on Citizen and Miyano CNC lathes , as well as CNC vertical and horizontal mills, guiding them through setup and operation.
• Technical Support : Provide customer assistance via phone or on-site visits, troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges effectively.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret part prints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in machining processes.
• Time Studies & First Runs : Create detailed time studies and oversee first part run-offs to ensure efficient production setups.
• Bar Feed Integration : Align and interface bar feed units to ensure seamless machine functionality.
