We are looking for a high-performing, dynamic Senior Manager of IT Application Portfolio to lead the Customer Success (Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support) portfolio by implementing transformational technology and high-impact initiatives. This position will be reporting to Director, IT Business Services. The impact of this role is to drive transformational leadership to improve business performance.

Market Scanning & Best Practice Assessment
- Engage in external research to understand evolving technology and process trends and best practices for an area; develop landscape analysis of the applications developing in an area
- Provide direct advice to business leaders to influence their POV on how technology in their functional area will evolve, driving change in their business
