Location : Remote

Pay Range : $85.00 - $95.00 Per Hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applied Scientist with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and real-world system deployment to tackle challenging problems in personalization, lead scoring, and complex modeling. The candidate will lead the development and deployment of advanced algorithms and machine learning models to enhance customer experience across various channels. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to turn cutting-edge ML research into scalable, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead development of deep learning-driven personalization algorithms.
Design and deploy predictive lead scoring models using advanced techniques.
Architect ML pipelines for large-scale deep learning models including real-time inference.
Innovate in multi-modal modeling to enhance personalization and lead scoring accuracy.
Collaborate with MLOps engineers to streamline model deployment and monitoring.

Must-Have Skills :

6+ years of applied research experience (or 4+ with PHD)

Expertise in Python and PyTorch.

Proven experience in deploying production-grade ML models.

Industry Experience :

Experience in the technology or related field with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning applications.
