Fabrication Scheduler

Victaulic is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fabrication Scheduler to coordinate and optimize production schedules for our fabrication operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, on-time delivery, and optimal resource utilization across our Victaulic fabrication locations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules for all fabrication operations, balancing customer delivery requirements with available resources and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate the sequencing of jobs through various fabrication processes including cutting, grooving, welding, finishing, and assembly to maximize throughput and minimize bottlenecks.
• Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules proactively to accommodate priority changes, equipment breakdowns, or material delays.
• Host and facilitate daily production meetings to review schedule performance, discuss priorities, address operational challenges, and coordinate activities across departments.
