Responsibilities : Responsibilities :

Appointment Setting : Make 50-60 calls daily to set qualified appointments for our inside or field sales teams.

Research : Conduct interviews with decision-makers to gain insights into their business challenges.

Engagement : Discuss business pains with decision-makers and foster peer-to-peer conversations for a comprehensive view of purchasing behavior.

Project Management : Handle multiple projects simultaneously while documenting clear and concise reports.

Database Management : Identify key decision-makers and manage databases effectively.

Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Account Management : Demonstrated success in account management and development.

Consultative Selling : Strong ability in solution selling with a conversational style.

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

B2B Tele Sales : Proven success in B2B tele sales.

Sales Experience : Inside or field sales experience (IT or enterprise software preferred).

Education : Minimum BA / BS degree (or equivalent work experience).
