Project Scheduler
Overview :
Olgoonik is seeking a talented and experienced Project Scheduler in support of our office in Kensington, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for a business segment, including cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of the operation.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Creating, monitoring, and updating construction project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, government project officers, subcontractors, and vendors to provide and update project schedules.
- Attend progress meetings and take meeting minutes for distribution.
- Participate in scoping sessions with the client, produce detailed estimates, negotiate proposals with clients, produce subcontractor bid packages, administer and oversee subcontractor field activities, produce in-house production reports and project schedules, etc. as required to effectively manage several projects at once.
- Coordinate work with other project managers.
- Review material, approve submittals and check for compliance.
- Participate and enforce in the company safety program.

Work Environment :
This is a full-time, year-round position with commensurate salary and benefits. General office environment. Some travel within the state may be required based on business demands.
Wage :
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
