Phillips Home Improvements is seeking a dynamic, driven and detailed Call Center Lead to coach, motivate, and lead our Inside Sales team to new heights. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for coaching and development, and the ability to drive quality results, this is the opportunity for you.

Pay : $25 per hour base; pay-for-performance incentives and commissions weekly and monthly! Potential to earn $60,000+!

What You'll Do :

  • Lead by Example : Set the standard for excellence by consistently achieving top performance in appointment setting.
  • Coach and Develop : Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Inside Sales Associates, helping them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
  • Drive Results : Monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize team performance.
  • Motivate and Inspire : Create a positive and high-energy team environment that fosters collaboration, accountability, and success.
