Job Description
ReconCraft is seeking an Apprentice to join our boat manufacturing team for our weekend shift and daytime shift. As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and learn various aspects of boat production, from assembly to finishing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in boat manufacturing and gaining valuable skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Training and Learning : Assist experienced technicians and craftsmen to learn the fundamentals of boat manufacturing, including materials, techniques, and safety practices.
- Assembly : Participate in the assembly process, including the installation of components and systems such as engines, electronics, and fittings.
- Fabrication : Work with materials such as fiberglass, wood, and metal to create and repair boat parts.
- Inspection : Learn and perform quality control checks to ensure that all components and finished boats meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintenance : Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Documentation : Assist in documenting work processes, procedure and maintenance activities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including engineering, design, and production, to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
