Vaco Phoenix is looking for an HR Director for a top client in Phoenix AZ! The HR Director must have at least 5 years of experience, and will handle employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and compensation. This is an in-office position, located in North Phoenix and looking to hire immediately!
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate effective communication across various teams within the organization.
Address and resolve HR-related issues across all departments, promoting a unified work environment.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Champion and cultivate the company culture.
Manage and oversee performance evaluations, assist managers with conducting performance reviews, and help create improvement plans.
Administer employee benefits and support a smooth onboarding process.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, staying current with any updates.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations. Job Requirements :
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adeptness in utilizing HR systems.
Strong knowledge of employment laws with demonstrated application.
Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative communicator with a knack for relationship building.
