Job descriptionCompensation : Base salary of $125,000-145,000 + 15% bonus PTO : 16 days starting Retirement : 401K w / 80% match on first 5% contribution Medical : Medical plans covered 80% by employer, vision, and dental, FSA, HSA Design and oversee the implementation of an organization's overall security architecture Develop security policies, procedures, and best practices Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses Recommend and implement security solutions to protect against threats Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate security measures into systems and applications CISSP or CISM designation preferred Prior experience leading the security program for a large, multi-location environment Experience leading project teams Experience leading software implementations
