As one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, Little is seeking a Project Architect with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Community Studio. This person will be joining a team in our fastest growing office with Little in Charleston, SC . The ideal candidate is an ambitious and creative Architect who is passionate about great design, one looking to significantly enhance the well-being of our clients, the performance of their buildings and advancement of industry practices.

Candidates we’re seeking :

  • A resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Someone who love details, willing to research innovative practices and apply them practically.
  • You are interested in materials, with a strong network of vendors, suppliers and technical experts to aggressively implement the best practices within architecture.
  • An organized and thorough individual, who understand our iterative process.

  • You’ll be working with professionals dedicated to Community (Higher Ed, K-12 schools) projects.
  • You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • You’ll might lead teams of architects and engineers to meet project budgets and schedules.

    Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • 8+ years of experience of experience in the architecture & design industry;
  • Architectural registration;
  • Strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam; and
  • LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.
