Job descriptionExperience designing and building cloud-based application using AWS services, Azure, or google cloud Designing and building applications using relational databases Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability Experience with continuous integration tools Bachelors degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of education 10 years of experience in application support and deployment 5 years of healthcare data integration deployment experience Experience with compliance models such as HIPAA, PHI and PCI Presentation skills Excellent communication skills with an ability to address level of audience. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Modeling or system diagram skills utilizing tools and / or formal frameworks. Healthcare application experience Work experience with an MSP Project experience with healthcare application deployments Translating business specifications into technical specifications Capture deployments of solution from the business problem, data integrations (HL7, FTP, API), application components and specifications for technology (network, compute, storage) Deep understanding of business strategies and requirements Identify opportunities to eliminate technical debt. Face-to-face interaction and collaboration with business partners, clients, architects, and IT teams to develop solutions, budgets, and timelines Evaluates and advises decisions regarding technology options required for a given solution. Will work with multiple teams to ensures security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are addressed in each solution. Provides leadership and effectively communicates with all levels of management in areas related to solution architecture and future deployments. Overview
Now hiring a Solutions Architect!
Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Solutions Architect to be responsible for analyzing solutions that solve specific business problems. Analysis would include data integrations, application components and technology specifications. The Solutions Architect aligns technology and business client perspectives together to define how different components of business, information, and technology configurations are used in each solution. The SA leads the analysis to capture the deployment configuration of a solution for both on prem and cloud-based solutions. This includes defining a path for migrations from older solutions to new solutions. The Solutions Architect will also help connect business value to deployed solution.
