Role : M365 Architect / MS 365 Architect

Location : Alameda, CA 94502 (Onsite role)

Skills & Experience

Analysis and Recommendations for best practices; Proven experience with M365 security and configuration

Design, plan, estimate and architect M365 configurations, workloads, settings

Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and other M365 applications

Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements, governance, endpoint protection

Authentication methods, identity providers like OKTA, Conditional Policies, Health and Monitoring

Managing and configuring Intune Policies and device management best practices

Experience in Active Directory, Azure AD (AAD) and identity management services among others, network infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services, Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting

Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations

Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization

No of years of experience in IT or related - 10+ years; Team size handled (if any) - Minimum 5 or more

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Certification - Any technical certification in M365 would be an advantage

Secondary / Good to have - Manage, maintain M365 Backups, DR solutions; good understanding of networking, security principles including firewalls, VPNs and network protocols

Ability to lead and motivate others and work well in a team environment; Be proactive and take strategic decisions and suggest best practices

Strong customer service and customer facing skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills; Strong organizational and analytical skills

Job / Role Description :

Work closely with customers to demonstrate how their Cloud Strategy aligns with Microsoft technology

Creating architectural designs based on customer requirements; provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team

Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's Cloud adoption needs

Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Solution Architects

Engage with customer stakeholders and ensure the recommended solutions are understood throughout the firm

Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with WinWire Microsoft account teams
