Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience, preferably in multifamily housing design. Proficiency in Revit required; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp preferred. Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and permitting processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Architectural registration in progress. Competitive salary starting at $70,000-$95,000 / year, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. 401K match up to 6% to support your future. Paid time off, including 18 days PTO and 11.5 paid holidays. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.
- Prepare construction drawings, design documents, and technical specifications using Autodesk Revit.
- Assist in zoning research, code compliance, and permitting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate project details.
- Support construction administration, including consultant coordination and response to RFIs.
- Ensure design integrity and technical accuracy throughout all project phases.
