Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.
Prepare construction drawings, design documents, and technical specifications using Autodesk Revit.
Assist in zoning research, code compliance, and permitting processes.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate project details.
Support construction administration, including consultant coordination and response to RFIs.
Ensure design integrity and technical accuracy throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of five years of experience, preferably in multifamily housing design.

Proficiency in Revit required; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp preferred.

Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Architectural registration in progress.
