Job Description

Our client, a telecom and utility engineering firm, is hiring an AutoCAD Drafter or CAD Technician. This position involves working in AutoCAD and ArcGIS to create underground and aerial fiber layouts for the telecom and utility industries. Responsibilities include generating land base prints in AutoCAD for field use, completing Utility Plan sets for construction, creating permit drawings for various permitting authorities, compiling job books upon project completion, and importing / exporting various file types to and from AutoCAD.
