Architectural drafter Jobs in Richmond, VA

Overview :

Nationally franchised outdoor building company, Archadeck Outdoor Living, is looking for a residential Drafter to provide structural design drawings to its franchise network of design / builders of decks, porches, patios and other outdoor living spaces. This individual will participate in the company's ongoing efforts to maintain and produce quality construction standards and documentation for its franchise owners.

Responsibilities include :

• Producing computer-aided plan sets for outdoor living spaces
• Communicating with franchisees, designers, and consultants to accurately prepare sales drawings
• Working with peers and franchisees to understand and provide support with their designs
• Produce materials list for project jobs
