We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Specifications Writer with the following desired qualifications and skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architecture field, including 5 years of experience writing specifications
• Understanding of the selection and integration of building systems
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods, and building codes
• Understanding of all aspects and phases of the architectural production process
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to organize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective time management
• Hard-working and positive attitude
