Designer III - Architecture

Studio - Los Angeles High Density

A studio of big ideas and concepts to match the aspirations of Los Angeles, reinforcing them with proven success and technical acumen. Predominately focused on the city and county of LA and its surroundings, but stretching into adjacent counties as well as the growing Nevada market, this studio produces designs that are elegant, buildable and effective. The LA team pursues innovation in all aspects of design, including modular housing. Often holding a charette or "think tank," this close-knit team uses a downtown Historic Core location as a launchpad to advocate for and advance the built environment.

Your Impact

KTGY's Designer fills an important role as part of the design team. Designers captain the development of conceptual design and entitlement sets, coordinate with other team members as needed for feedback and direction, and participate in the aesthetic development of projects, crafting memorable places that enhance people's lives.

Consistently hones skills and develops creative design solutions that satisfy project criteria while bringing a building design to life. Masters internal workflow, order, timeline and tasks to reach project milestones effectively and efficiently.

Collaboration

Works in synchrony with Project Designers and Senior Designers to support the advancement of the design quality in projects.

Care

Works to become a trusted team resource for all things related to the "front end" entitlement design phase.

Partnership

Develops expertise in connecting with clients and consultants for the benefit of the project.
