Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain best operational practices
- Responsible for quality control of all construction documents
- Maintains multiple state architecture licenses
- Develops and executes internal work flow and financial procedures
- Develops and continuously mentors / trains a team of highly skilled professionals
- Ensures project deadlines are met
- Partners and coordinates with team members to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfy all scope of work requirements
- Partners with the leadership to build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team, mentoring and teaching junior members when possible
- Provides technical assistance as required
- Initiates and coordinates measures to resolve technical and engineering problems
- Overall accountability for client approvals
- Exceed client expectations
Required Qualifications
Estimated total compensation for this position : 110,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
Location : On-site – Chicago, IL, Columbus, OH
