Job Title :   Armed  Security Officer

Position Overview : The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Sublime manufacturing premises, its personnel, and assets. The officer will maintain a vigilant presence on the premises and ensure compliance with all relevant security procedures and protocols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and Surveillance :

Operate and monitor the facility’s video surveillance system, ensuring continuous coverage of all critical areas, including production rooms, storage facilities, and entry / exit points.

Maintain and operate the facility’s alarm system, ensuring it is armed and disarmed as required.

Implement and manage access control procedures, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry to the premises.

Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility’s perimeter, ensuring all physical barriers, including fences, gates, and entry points, are secure.

Restrict access to cannabis products and other high-value items to only those employees authorized to handle and process such materials.

Act as the first point of contact for any security or safety emergencies, including break-ins, suspicious activity, or system failures.
