About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Art Director to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Art Directors are always looking to make connections that others may not see. They work closely withour copywriters and strategists to understand the audiences and insights fully while guiding designersin the final art production.We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director with a broad background in digitalcommunications, advertising, and UI design. The ideal candidate will support our team in developingcompelling visual concepts and campaigns that align to a brand strategy. They will work closely withcross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective designs across all digitalplatforms.
Create work that meets and exceeds project goals
- Seek out feedback from the internal team
- Maintain open, honest, and trusting relationships
- Understand, interpret, and implement team and client feedback
- Support client interactions on small-mid accounts with oversight as needed
- Support client interactions on larger accounts
- Identify and troubleshoot project-based issuesCreative Leadership
- Proactively alert team of foreseen time issues
- Effectively manage administration such as time reporting and expenses
- Identify topics within the industry and share with the team
