Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time assistant art director to support the development of visual concepts and designs that bring client campaigns to life. The ideal candidate will work alongside some of the most talented creatives in the industry and collaborate on a wide range of projects for a variety of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist art directors in the development of visual concepts and designs for marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, and video applications)
- Contribute ideas and solutions with the creative department and execute design concepts that meet client objectives and brand standards
- Help complete design projects, including file preparation, final delivery, and ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team
- Manage relationships with outside vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and retouchers
QUALIFICATIONS
Salary range : $38,025 - $48,750 annually
