Who are we serving : Great people all over Dane County and surrounding areas A little about the team Your site : You will be working with passionate people with multiple levels of experience. This includes clinical and non-clinical staff. Although you are typically assigned to work with a single hygienist, the goal is to communicate and work together as a team with all positions. We enjoy hiring people who want to put roots down and hope you want to do the same. A Day in the life On any given day at First Choice Dental, you can expect to encounter the following :

Caring for a variety of patients with a mix of hygiene appointments

New patients, various ages, sealants, oral cancer screenings, polishing

A team, treating every patient like family

Seeing on average 8-13 patients a day

Assisting in all areas of the clinical space and throughout the office

room setup / breakdown, hygiene procedures, sterilization, properly stocking rooms, Etc.

Contributing to supply and inventory management

Always looking ahead in the schedule and being prepared

reviewing patient’s health histories, x-ray history.

Educating patients via : intra-oral pictures, xrays, models, pamphlets and demonstrations with handheld mirrors.

Communicating with team members constantly and continuously throughout the day
