We are looking for an Art Director to start immediately. This is a 100% on-site position in Tustin, CA, 6+ months contract position on W2 with possibility to get extended or converted.This role requires a visionary thinker who can translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging visuals that connect with audiences globally.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of digital and product visuals, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission.Oversee product design elements, from packaging to interactive digital tools, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency.Conduct market and audience research to inform design strategies.Develop and manage the visual identity and brand standards across all platforms.Lead and execute creative design projects, including print, digital, and event visuals.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling, science-driven graphics and user-centric designs.Guide junior designers and provide feedback to ensure cohesive, high-quality outputs, fostering a creative and productive design environment.Stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative visual storytelling.Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Product Design, or a related field.5+ years of experience in art direction, digital or product design, preferably in a scientific, biotech or tech-based company.Strong portfolio demonstrating product and digital design skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding expertise.Strong leadership, project management and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
