As a Director of Operations you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of Inland Mechanical Services Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial oversight, team leadership, process improvement, and business growth strategies. The role demands strong sales acumen, the ability to train and mentor team members, and a proven track record of scaling business operations beyond $20 million in revenue.

Performance Objectives

  • Oversee service delivery and project execution, ensuring all jobs are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all divisions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Oversee customer service processes, driving high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with a results-driven mindset.
