Job description7+ years in a senior design or art direction role, preferably within an enterprise software company focused on technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven track record of creating impactful visual campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with video editing and animation tools. Creative Vision : Ability to conceptualize and communicate a compelling creative vision that inspires teams and aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Customer Focus : Deep empathy for engineers and technical professionals, ensuring all visuals resonate with their needs and experiences. Execution Excellence : Strong project management skills, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines without compromising creativity or attention to detail. Collaboration : Adept at working across diverse teams, balancing the need for speed with a commitment to delivering high-quality creative outputs. Mission : In this role, you will own and execute Resolve AI’s go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, positioning, and messaging. You will be the voice of the customer, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with engineers and technical decision-makers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable market success.
What You’ll Do :
- Create a cohesive, innovative visual brand identity that aligns with Resolve AI’s mission and values.
- Oversee the application of brand guidelines across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in every touchpoint.
- Conceptualize and execute compelling visual campaigns for marketing, product launches, events, and digital assets, driving increased engagement and brand recognition.
- Lead the production of high-quality assets, such as videos, infographics, presentations, and product visuals, tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating modern design principles and experimenting with innovative mediums and styles to ensure Resolve AI stands out in a competitive landscape.
