This internship program is designed to prepare students and recent graduates for full-time roles by providing meaningful projects, hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Interns will collaborate on real client work while developing their creative craft.

About the Role

We’re seeking an Art Team Intern who is passionate about graphic design, illustration, motion design, and / or animation. This role supports creative development across branding, social, and campaign work for major sports and entertainment clients. A sports creative background is a plus, but not required.

This role is ideal for someone eager to sharpen their design skills in a collaborative, professional creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with pre-production tasks including brainstorming and project ideation
• Support the creation of design projects such as branding assets, photo editing, social graphics, animation, and video graphics (based on skillset)
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and strategists on client work
• Contribute to team meetings and support the overall success of creative projects

Program Dates : June 1, 2026 – August 10, 2026 (subject to change based on applicant availability and summer academic calendar)

Interview Timeline (Virtual or In-Person) : February – April

Paid Opportunity : Hourly rate dependent on experience ($18–$20 / hour)

In-Person Work : Kansas City, Miami, or New York City offices, based on applicant location

Preferred Majors : Marketing, Journalism, Advertising / PR, Communications, Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields
