The Instructor of Art is responsible for coordinating the Art, AA, degree program and teaching at least four of its five major courses : Drawing I, Painting I, Two-Dimensional Design, and Three-Dimensionaf Design. Additionally, this individual must be able to teach Art Appreciation, Art History I, and Art History II.The Instructor of Art is expected to actively participate and eventually lead divisional-level activities and college-wide ones as well. This includes, but is not limited to, recruiting efforts, advising students, committee work, curriculum evaluation, and assessment.
