As a Driver Trainer with us you will be responsible for the following :

• Ensure all new students assigned to the organization are successfully enrolled in and completing mandatory safety training.
• Conduct initial and recurrent driver trainings
• Onboard new drivers ensuring each new member of our team is properly welcomed and given the tools to succeed.
• Successfully monitor and keep trackers and certificates up to date.
• Participate in Train the Trainer activities.
