The emergency department (ED) at Northwest HealthCare treats 40,000 patients a year and has 25 beds and a fast track! Pediatricians are also staffed by Washington University 24 / 7. Northwest HealthCare offers the community 24-hour EM care and a variety of outpatient services and physician practices. The facility is staffed around the clock by board-certified emergency medicine physicians and pediatric physicians. The expanded emergency department offers 25 private treatment rooms and pediatric emergency care staffed 24-7 by Washington University pediatricians. Northwest HealthCare offers imaging services (MRI, CI, general radiology, 3D mammography, ultrasound, and women's services), laboratory services, a breathing center, therapy and rehabilitation, and a sleep lab.
