Summary
The Teacher is responsible for taking care of the class and be responsible in the preparation, planning, and day-to-day duties of the Little Minds Academy. Positive and healthy communication with parents, co-teachers and children. Be committed to job, passionate to learn new things and teach children with patient. Maintain daily reports, attendance of students.
Duties
1.Maintain positive communication with staff, students, parents, and be part of a supportive and encouraging team.
2.Provide support to the teachers in preparing activities for students.
3.Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and basic needs are met.
4. Setting up and maintaining a classroom environment that is organized, hygiene, and safe.
5.Must be flexible and adapt to various classroom settings and learning styles, schedules, and changes.
6.Day to day work like teaching nap supervision, potty training, diaper change.
7.Possess the physical stamina required to fulfill the professional obligations in preschool and be able to lift 5 to 25 pounds.
Requirements
1.A high school diploma is required
2.At least one year of experience in the licensed childcare center or daycare
3.Legal work permit
4.CPR / First Aid Training
5.Background check
6.Annual Training needs to be done based on Licensing requirements
7.Must give at least 1 year of work commitment
Nice To Haves
Associate degree or any training, certification in Early childhood education, child growth and development
