About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Art Director / Visual Designer who thrives on collaboration and has a deep passion for creating exceptional designs. This role involves working closely with project and account managers, creative directors, strategists, writers, and clients to deliver creative solutions that elevate our clients’ brands.

As a Senior Art Director / Visual Designer, you’ll take the lead on projects from concept to completion, crafting designs that solve real-world challenges and resonate across digital, print, and interactive platforms. Your work will reflect a mastery of typography, layout, branding, digital design, and generative AI —creating impactful stories that connect and inspire.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Art Director / Visual Designer, you will :

Design exceptional creative assets across digital, print, and interactive platforms, including branding, web, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with project and account managers, creative directors, strategists, writers, and clients to ensure work aligns with strategy and exceeds expectations.

Generate design artifacts such as mood boards, style frames, layouts, prototypes, and final deliverables.

Provide art direction while maintaining hands-on involvement throughout the creative process.

Present and articulate ideas effectively to both internal teams and clients.

Embrace Human-Centered Design principles and adapt to feedback with a positive mindset.

Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally with prior art direction in an agency or post-production environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, branding, digital / web design, and experience with generative AI tools.

Proven ability to take ownership of design projects and execute at an industry-leading level.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Figma.

Experience with brand building, visual identity, and presentation design.

Strong creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset.

Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Collaborative, open-minded, and confident presenting ideas to clients and teams.
