EnTech is currently seeking a " Asbestos Project Monitor " to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Project and air monitoring of abatement projects in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations
- Setup and operate air sampling equipment on site and collect appropriate number of samples before, during and after abatement
- Collect samples, take photographs, complete chain-of-custody forms, and prepare sample collection drawings
- Keep daily notes of all abatement and monitoring activities in a logbook on site
- Environmental assessments and remediation oversight, including regulatory compliance with asbestos and other federal, state, local and agency environmental rules and regulations
- Technical support and report writing
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members
- Travel to project sites throughout the New York Metropolitan Area
