LABORER - ASPHALT

Summary :

The Laborer performs a wide range of physically demanding tasks in support of road, highway, residential, commercial, and heavy construction projects. This role involves using hand and power tools to prepare and maintain construction sites, including digging trenches, setting forms and braces, mixing materials, handling and transporting materials, and assisting skilled craft workers as needed. The Laborer supports equipment operations, traffic control, site cleanup, and safety compliance while adapting to changing tasks as directed by supervision. The position requires adherence to safety standards, teamwork, and professional representation of Bonness Inc. at all times.

Requirements :

• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to read and write
• Strong manual dexterity
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform prolonged walking, standing, and physically demanding work in adverse field conditions

All work is local. Our Office is Fragrance-Free.
