Job description

Assembly Worker – Start a Career in Manufacturing!

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We are hiring Assembly Workers in Lima, NY . If you enjoy assembling products, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity!

Pay : $16 – $18.40 per hour (based on shift)

Shifts :

  • A Shift : 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)
  • B Shift : 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)
  • C Shift : 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Manually stack, feed, and unload products during production
  • Use hands and arms to move, position, and assemble materials
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Label, pack, and organize finished goods for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow safety protocols and production guidelines
  • What You Bring to the Team :

  • High School Diploma or GED (or currently working toward completion)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
