Assembly Supervisor Job Summary

Our Assembly Supervisor oversees a team of Material Handlers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for order picking, material handling, component storage, and safety.

Assembly Supervisor Responsibilities

Assign and communicate tasks to warehouse employees

Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff

Maintain inventory with daily cycle counts and organization

Record all inventory transactions in ERP software

Reduce warehouse errors and streamline processes

Prioritize tasks to meet customer demands

Manage non-conforming products and coordinate across departments

Ensure overall warehouse organization and cleanliness

Report daily KPIs

Perform additional duties as needed

Assembly Supervisor Position Requirements

High School diploma

Forklift experience

2+ years as a warehouse supervisor or equivalent experience

Proficiency with computers for printing orders and tags

Strong communication skills

Ability to work night shifts, with overtime as needed

Basic math skills

Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
