As an aluminum assembly technician your impact is two-fold :

• For the customer, your goal is to execute (cut, machine, and assemble) extruded aluminum work orders as scheduled, providing quality products on time and to our customer’s specifications.
• For the team, your goal is to maintain an organized, efficient, and quality centric assembly area. You’ll be responsible for documenting, communicating, and verifying needs and information; collaborating with other team members and departments; and coordinating activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.

This is a long-term, career-growth oriented position, and as such, the compensation package we’re offering is competitive : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on 2 – 3 years’ experience) to start and includes opportunities for you to quickly maximize your earning potential through training, experience, our ESOP, bonuses, and professional development programs.
