Asset Management Analyst
We're looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our Principal Real Estate team. In this role, you'll perform lease analysis, valuation modeling, cash flow analysis, development feasibility analysis, and reporting! Principal Real Estate provides private equity asset management services for client portfolios. The Asset Management Group is actively involved in all stages of the investment life cycle including ground-up development or redevelopment, the acquisition and disposition process, and oversight of property management and leasing. Asset managers participate in developing the investment strategy and tactical plan for each property and have primary responsibility for its execution.
Interact closely with a Senior Asset Manager(s) as well as local market contacts including property managers, leasing agents, and capital markets / transaction brokers, to develop budgets, business plans, and assist with deal underwriting. Participate in the quarterly portfolio management reporting process. Assist in all aspects of investment management and investment production for assigned properties including core, value add, and development activities.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $71250 - $116850 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office or four days in-office and one day remote. You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
Job Level
We'll consider talent at the next level with the right experiences and skills. To be considered for the Senior Analyst, experience will require at least one but closer to at least three years of real estate experience. Management will determine level based on experience. The compensation range for an Analyst is $71,250-$95,950. A Senior Analyst is $86,450-$116,850.
