LaSalle has partnered with a leading national real estate firm seeking a full-time Asset Management Associate to join its growing team. This role is critical in monitoring and reporting on the financial and operational performance of a multi-family portfolio. Using data-driven insights, the analyst will identify areas for improvement, collaborate with operational leaders, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio performance.

Asset Management Associate Responsibilities :

• Newly created role due to growth; building out their office and portfolio within the Indianapolis area
• Will sit on the asset management team and report into the Director
• Pull reports and leverage financial and operational data to make suggestions that work to enhance financial performance
• Identify trends and variances from benchmarks and identify the why, where, and what to mitigate any future negative impacts on the business
• Eventually manage a small team and lead performance review processes
