Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead the annual budgeting process across property components and implement strategic business plans with monthly performance updates
Maintain and revise a five-year operational roadmap with annual milestones submitted for ownership review
Deliver monthly financial reports, analyze trends, and track progress on ongoing initiatives and capital projects
Coordinate bi-weekly operational meetings with leasing teams, property managers, accountants, and other stakeholders
Oversee leasing, marketing, and disposition efforts to optimize asset performance and protect ownership interests
Requirements :
A minimum of 15+ years of experience managing mixed-use assets across sectors such as hospitality, retail, and multifamily
Proven ability to analyze complex operational challenges and implement effective solutions to manage risk
Hands-on experience with budgeting and financial oversight using platforms like Yardi or MRI
Strong communication skills for engaging with operators, lenders, vendors, and consultants
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field; advanced credentials such as MBA, CPA, or CFA
Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and organization
Demonstrated success in mentoring team members and supporting professional development
Skilled in preparing consolidated reports for ownership approval, including capital expenditures and operational updates
