POSITION OVERVIEW :
ASTOUND, an experiential marketing agency, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Asset Manager. This key operations role involves managing a comprehensive database of rental and client assets, ensuring efficient logistics, and maintaining a meticulous inventory process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both databases and physical inventory, coupled with excellent memory and organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES :
- Asset Database Management :
Maintain an up-to-date database of all rental and client assets.
Conduct regular physical inventory audits to verify database accuracy.
Develop and maintain efficient processes for asset management, including check-in / check-out procedures.
Oversee the management of client-owned assets stored within ASTOUND facilities.
Generate regular reports on asset usage, availability, and condition.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
