ResponsibilitiesMastery-level skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or AvidImpeccable sense of timing, pacing and ability to work with musicExceptional storytelling abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to keep projects moving, even when your clients aren't directly with youAble to adapt as creative assignments change and evolve, while maintaining qualityMust be able to work under either strict direction or little directionRun and maintain an orderly edit suite and adapt to the needs of the environmentShould exhibit grace under pressure, great people skills and utmost integrityKnowledge and experience of the finishing processHigh-level understanding of codecs, raw video files, exporting, transcoding and compression techniquesSkills & ExperienceOrganized, dependable, knowledgeable and detail-orientedStrong attention to detail and accuracyYou consider yourself a learner who is always looking to improveThree years of relevant experience, including experience with integrating video and visual effectsStandouts will have experience with Adobe After Effects and PhotoshopVideo or still camera experience is a plus

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
