Summary : Job Description :
The Senior Account Executive's main goal is to achieve an annual sales target by converting as many opportunities into won business as possible.
Responsibilities will include :
- Develop and run an analytical account development strategy to identify opportunities to increase Genesys footprint across your install base accounts while also identifying new logos for our Genesys Cloud platform
- Effectively communicate Genesys strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers, connecting them to the customers business, and sharing a compelling plan on how Genesys can help solve the customer's business challenges
- You will strategize, mobilize and lead an extended team of Pre Sales Engineers, Field Marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, Customer Success Managers, etc. to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify additional revenue opportunities
- Responsible for elevating Genesys to a more strategic position by developing client-valued solutions with supporting ROI models to support your customers purchase
- You will do all of this while maintaining a pipeline that is 3x your quota that ensures your success. With personal impact and gravitas, you will be comfortable as a trusted advisor for our C-suite customers and executive stakeholders
- Grow & expand your existing customer's footprint

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
94,800.00 - $186,000.00
