Your Opportunity
As a packaging consultant, you will help customers bring their products to market with packaging services & solutions. Day to day activities include :
- Generating new leads by researching, networking, cold calling, and prospecting
- Increasing revenue and profitability through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts
- Executing sales initiatives to grow sales and profitability within accounts
- Assisting clients in establishing sustainable packaging supply chains
- Understanding complex requirements from customers for preparation of packaging solutions and quotes
- Managing customer projects in various industries such as Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial, etc
- Educating clients on the latest innovations within our industry
- Working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to create a positive customer experience that results in repeat business

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000+ per year to start, plus proportional commissions and $7,800 non-accountable expense allowance (for items such as use of personal vehicle, internet etc). After the learning and ramping period (approximately 2.5 years) the role shifts to 100% commission with an increased commission model. Please note that the salary range provided is an estimate. The actual base salary offered to a candidate will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience and geographical location. We encourage candidates with expectations outside of this range to apply!
